Repair enquiry form.

When you request a repair we ask for your name, email address, phone number, address, the appliance and fault you selected, your preferred day and any notes you give us (such as the brand or model).

Contact form.

When you send us a message we ask for your name, phone number, email address and message, plus your Eircode if you choose to give it.

Technical storage.

We keep a small note in your browser so we don't show you the cookie notice on every visit. This is essential storage and doesn't track you anywhere else.

We use what you give us only to run our service: to contact you about your booking, to give one hour's notice before arrival, to carry out and follow up on repairs, and to reply to your enquiries. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

The repair enquiry form currently prepares an email in your own email app. It does not save a booking or automatically send your enquiry; you must send the email yourself. Once sent, the details are held in our business mailbox. Contact-page messages and existing booking records are stored in our secure database. We retain records as needed to handle enquiries, repairs, accounts and warranty claims.

Google Maps. Our Contact page shows an embedded Google Map of our location. If you scroll to it or interact with it, Google may set its own cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

Spare parts. Online parts ordering is paused. Please phone us to enquire about spare parts.

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. To do any of these, email accounts@electricalservicecentre.ie or call (061) 437 716.
